The Debate Team - freshman year
Trying to capture the energy and excitement of the competition and camaraderie with help from the journals I kept while I was in high school, my debut novel is inspired by the time I spent on my Forensics (Speech and Debate) team.
A novel for anyone who has been part of any team, athletic or academic, and can remember the trials and tribulations of high school.

Shanna lives in South Jersey with her Husband and four cats, far away enough from where she grew up that she feels like she accomplished something but not so far that she’s still close to family and friends.
In addition to writing, she plays bass guitar as often as possible:
